The responsibilities of the catering department is to:


1) Make-sure the affairs of the Kitchen is in compliance of all the           food hygiene legislation.

2) To co-ordinate, implement and cleanup after all church functions 3) To provide kitchen aide and clean-up personnel for church events     as requested.

4) To maintain the sanitation and upkeep of the kitchen.
